This flagship project marked a key milestone for AJT Wellity Asia in redefining wellness integrated hospitality. Set along the pristine coast of Penang, the development combined a 5-star luxury hotel, serviced residences, curated dining experiences, and lifestyle facilities. Central to the vision was a 50,000 sq ft wellness center, fully conceptualized and planned by AJT, designed to deliver a personalized and science-driven approach to wellbeing.

AJT led the end-to-end development of the wellness concept, including market and financial studies, service and program strategy, pricing framework, and operational readiness planning. This project laid the groundwork for AJT’s integrated model, seamlessly merging hospitality and wellness into a transformative destination experience.
