The 32-storey green-concept building was designed primarily for office use, with integrated spaces for restaurants, fitness centres, medical clinics, coffee shops, and other lifestyle amenities. As part of the development, AJT Consultancy was engaged to conduct a feasibility study and co-develop the medical planning for a clinic spanning two floors, aligning with the building’s sustainable design and mixed-use vision.
